We do not build systems around member tracking, advertising, profiling, engagement scoring, or selling personal information.
Information is used solely to support our users' service work, maintain reliability, troubleshoot problems, and protect access.
Because some information may reveal a person’s connection to a recovery program, we treat it with particular care.
Service bodies remain responsible for their own content, group conscience, processes, and decisions. SobrietyWorks operates the technical system and helps make clear what information exists, who can access it, how it can be exported, and how it can be handed off.
Access is limited to the people who need it: users, the people in their service circles using our solutions with them, and vetted SobrietyWorks team members.
Use SobrietyWorks in good faith and your access may increase over time. Abuse the service, evade its limits, or put others at risk, and we may restrict or close your account. We keep the history needed to make and review those decisions.
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the service purpose, security, support, or ordinary operational requirements.
Data at rest is encrypted and protected according to industry best practices.
